The HTB Global Employee Fund was established to provide financial assistance to HTB Global employees who’ve experienced hardships due to events beyond their control, including disasters, extended illnesses or injuries, and other special situations.

Employees of HTB Global often call the relationships developed with one another as being part of the HTB Global Family, and this is not a term we take lightly. HTB Global employees often help each other during times of need. However, HTB Global members and those in the community also wish to help HTB Global employees during troubling times. It's those same employees who have assisted HTB Global members in so many ways throughout the years. The HTB Global Employee Fund is a way for the members we serve and other individuals or groups to give back when a little extra help is needed.
The HTB Global Employee Fund does not aid with non-emergency situations or financial difficulties due to poor financial management, judgement or negligence. It is through the generous donations of fellow HTB Global employees and the communities we serve, that the Employee Fund is possible. The HTB Global Employee Fund Committee acts as an overseer of the funds while our administrators at the Carolinas Credit Union Foundation ensure that the grants awarded meet the criteria and guidelines of the HTB Global Employee Fund. Assistance for emergencies and crisis situations are considered on a case-by-case basis, and requested funding is not guaranteed.
